Where can I find the bellhop reception?
The reception is situated in our lobby restaurant La Tapadera. Our bellhop reception staff is available at the reception daily from 09:00-17:00. Need any assistance outside of these opening hours? You can send us a message through our online guest messaging service or call us 24/7.
What are the check-in and check-out times at the bellhop?
Our check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
An early check-in or late check-out is available upon request. We charge an additional fee of 35 euros per approved request.
Can I leave my luggage?
If you are already in Rotterdam earlier and the room is not ready yet? You can leave your luggage with us in our lobby restaurant La Tapadera while you go out and explore the city or enjoy a drink or meal in our own restaurant.
Does the bellhop have mobile access?
We are committed to your free time! We know there's nothing worse than wasting time filling out paperwork when you'd rather relax, so we're here to make sure you start your stay off right. You can therefore check in online prior to arrival and get access to your room in seconds via your smartphone with the FLEXIPASS Mobile Access (www.flexipass.tech/app). As soon as your room is ready (no later than 15:00 check-in time), you will receive a unique code that you can use in the FLEXIPASS app to generate the digital key.
Is breakfast included at the bellhop?
The bellhop offers stays including and excluding breakfast. If you would like to book breakfast in advance choose for the rates including breakfast. The price for breakfast is 17 euros per person per night. The breakfast of the bellhop is freshly prepared every day by our colleagues from one of the best breakfast places in Rotterdam, Baker and Moore. The rustic breakfast platter is available ALL DAY and includes:

- Freshly baked croissants
- CHAI Chia Pudding with Organic Yogurt
- Homemade Apple Compoté & Apple Pie Crunch
- Freshly boiled eggs
- Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce

- Serrano ham
- Young cheese Bio
- Old Rotterdam cheese
- Fresh Gravy
- Coffee or Tea (latte, cappuccino is also allowed) 1 drink pp (extras are possible for an additional fee)
You can find Baker & Moore at Westblaak 147, just a minute's walk from the hotel. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:30 to 17:00, and in the weekend from 09:00 to 17:00. Have you booked breakfast? You can collect your breakfast voucher at the reception. Haven't booked breakfast yet? No problem, you can still buy it upon arrival or on the following morning.
How can I reach the bellhop by public transportation?
We love our planet and therefore encourage our guests to visit the city by public transport. Rotterdam is just 25 minutes by train from Schiphol Airport by Intercity Direct to Rotterdam Central Station and is also easily accessible from Rotterdam Airport by bus line 33 towards Overschie (get off at Rotterdam Central Station). From Rotterdam Central Station, the bellhop is a 15 minutes' walk or just 5 minutes by tram (tram 7 towards Willemsplein and get off at Museumpark stop). During your stay in Rotterdam, you can travel well by public transport, bicycle and on foot. In the city with Europe's largest port, transport by water is of course also an option.

Does the bellhop have a restaurant?
Yes we do. La Tapadera is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. La Tapadera is a Spanish bistro inspired by Spanish street life and the beloved taberna. All-round chef Gabriela Nicholls brings the most diverse products directly from the northern coast of Spain to the heart of Rotterdam. It feels like an extension of your living room, where you come home. La Tapadera is open Wed-Sun for lunch and dinner from 12:00-23:00. We bet you'll stick around longer than you intended. The lively theatre district attracts a mix of locals, theatre audiences and hotel guests, and in the summer months many know how to find our terrace.
